I am in love with Plant Rich Eating and love to share.  My The Plant Based Kitchen Party Experience features Liquid Smoothies and Juicing, Healing Diets, and Healthful Eating to Nurture Body and Soul! 

 

My work focuses on self-care and living a happy and healthy Life.  Individual as well as group health and nutrition coaching is available.

My signature programs are the Art of Aging Program and the PURE Plant-Based Whole Foods Program.  The Art of Aging is everything your mother never told you about getting older – beautifully.  And the Plant-Based Whole Foods Program will help you discover a vibrant and lifestyle based on plants. 

 

I moved to Colorado 20 years ago, and enjoy spending time outdoors, walking, hiking biking and laughing.  I travel around the world on a regular basis.  

 

I swears by:
