Ingredients

4 cups of cold water. 2 Tbsp. of freshly grated or powdered turmeric. 4 Tbsp. 100% maple syrup, honey or stevia if you are avoiding sugar. lemon or lime. Juice from 1 blood orange (optional) Tiny pinch of black pepper (Always Mix Curcumin With Black Pepper)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir it and serve it with slices of lemon.
